Reference Number 0000397214 Duress System Installation The City of Commerce City is seeking quotes for the installation of 5 emergency buttons with audio notifications at the Police Department. Minimum Requirements: 1. Vendor must provide and install 5 emergency buttons on the ground level of the C3 Police Department. All equipment needed for the installation must be provided by the awarded vendor. 2. When the emergency button is activated, a pre-recorded message must play over the paging speakers on the ground level of the police department. A mechanism to stop the recording must be placed in multiple areas of the PD. 3. Quoted solution/equipment must be compatible with OSSI, the City's current access control provider. 4. Vendor must attend the mandatory pre-quote meeting to tour the installation area and provide a detailed quote addressing each requirement listed in item 4 of the Instructions section. Neither the issuance of this RFQ or the receipt and evaluation of quotes obligates the City to select any vendor or enter into any agreement. No quote shall constitute business terms of any eventual agreement except as expressly agreed by the City.
