This project entails selective demolition and interior construction to add a bay to the Districts Fleet Maintenance repair building. The project is based on the architectural design and specifications by Rogue Architecture, titled South Adams County Fire Protection District Fleet Maintenance (herein referred to as the Project). The scope of work associated with this project is the construction of a new 2,800 SF addition to an existing building located at 8598 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. This work will not change the existing buildings construction type or occupancy. The summary of the scope of work is as follows: the addition s structure is a pre-engineered metal building with a TPO roofing system, two (2) overhead doors, (2) trench drains, mezzanine (storage), power poles, HVAC system, and one (1) block wall.
