The selected firm must provide a team of experts who understand the requirements of local government public meetings, AV equipment, software, cabling, equipment closets, routing, and conferencing technology. Provide all design, equipment, equipment installation, and implementation services for a new AV system in Council chambers addressing the following requirements: a. A video wall instead of a traditional screen/projector solution b. Adding a 5th camera c. Upgraded broadcasting system d. Reducing space and footprint e. Power conservation and redundancy f. Improved panel lighting g. Room modularity h. Larger countdown box i. Accessibility as defined in Colorado HB 21-1110, as it may apply j. Ability for mobile broadcasting either on City's network or the public internet 2. Provide meeting management software addressing the following requirements: a. SaaS based systems should support Azure SSO/SAML authentication for system administrators. b. Individual logins for users should be supported. c. On-premise authentication of systems should still support user based login, but may utilize alternate authentication mechanisms such as RADIUS or LDAP. d. Accessibility as defined in Colorado HB 21-1110, as it may apply 3. Provide on-site equipment training for system use for IT staff and other key stakeholders (Courts and Communications staff) prior to the go-live date and provide virtual training resources. 4.
