**As of February 28, 2025, the project was awarded to Regional Environmental Demolition Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** Location: SUNY Niagara, 3111 Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn, NY 14132 SUNY Niagara is renovating classrooms in its F and C Buildings on the Sanborn, New York campus. Labella Associates was engaged to provide schematics for project see attached reports). Additionally, SUNY Niagara retained a vendor to inspect classrooms for the presence of materials suspected of containing asbestos in planned renovations areas Asbestos containing materials identified in classroom C-121. Cash, Certified Check, or Bid Bond of Bidder for not less than five per cent (5%) of the Base Bid must be deposited by the Bidder with each bid. SUNY Niagara reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in any or all bids, and to purchase in such quantities as deemed necessary.
