Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Centerra ME 13th Landscaping project. The projects generally include landscaping, irrigation, grading touch up, and all related work incidental to the completion of the projects as per the acceptance requirements of Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. The project is located in the vicinity of Kinston Parkway and Centerra Parkway in Loveland, CO. Work is anticipated to start May 1, 2025, with substantial completion by October 1, 2025. Bids received after closing time will be rejected and returned to the bidder. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest.
