Only Contractors during this process will be invited to bid on the Power Division, Traffic Division and Information Technologies substructure projects. Contractors shall not contact anyone other than Tate Hedgespeth regarding the SOQ during the solicitation and selection process. Prequalify Contractors may submit bids for an indefinite delivery contract (IDC) with an estimated value of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) to provide an indefinite quantity of predefined substructure services for a period of one (1) year. The City may request to renew this contract for up to four (4) additional one-year periods using the Denver consumer price index for possible rate adjustments each year. Payment and Performance bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required for contract.
