Cup Boiler Replacement at Las Positas College Question Deadline 02/06/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Inquiries regarding this IFB should be directed to Office of Purchasing, Purchasing Manager, Marie Hampton mhampton@clpccd.org In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code 3300, the District requires that Bidders possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License C4 Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). Unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions, the amounts of the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond required hereunder shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any and all items of such bids. This bid shall also be subject to any and all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
