Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as Frank Brodeen - frank.brodeen@widseth.com Widseth Wyoming Office 5356 266th Street, Wyoming, MN 55092 Description: The Project includes the following Major Contract Work items include the following approximate quantities: Aggregate Base Class 5 2,500 CY Road Grade Preparation/Shaping 106 RDST Type SP 12.5 (2,B) Bituminous 3,900 TN Aggregate Shouldering 400 CY Type SP 9.5 (2,B) Bituminous 2,400 TN Pavement Marking 10,200 LF together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bidder's Bond Acceptable to the Owner in an Amount of at Least Five (5%) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid, Payable Without Condition to the Town of Springvale. If the Successful Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract or to Give Bond as Required by Law Within the Specified Number of Days After the Award of the Contract; Certified Check or Bidder's Bond Shall Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages.
