**As of March 27, 2025, the project was awarded to Greiner Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** CTCC Community Center Fire Alarm System Replacement The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota is requesting Proposals to provide construction services for fire alarm system replacement at the CTCC Community Center, located near the St. Paul campus The Community Center for the University's Commonwealth Terrace Community Cooperative (CTCC) is located at 1250 Fifield Avenue, Falcon Heights, St. Paul, MN 55108. The Community Center is an approximately 10,525 SF building containing administrative offices and a daycare center. The building was originally constructed in 1976 and consists of two stories. Included in the scope of Work will be the replacement of an existing fire alarm/detection system and the provision of a new automatic fire sprinkler system in the building. In addition to the life safety systems, the existing external stairway will be replaced. A new doorway will be provided for access to the fire sprinkler system controls and mechanical systems shall be modified to accommodate the new doorway Question Deadline 01/29/2025 at 12:00 PM CT KFI Engineers is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project. The total construction budget for this Project is $400,000 The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than July 30, 2025.
