Site work for a water / sewer project in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 75 linear feet of 18-inch CIPP lining, 375 linear feet of 15-inch CIPP lining, 4950 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP lining, 5400 linear feet of cleaning and televising, and 70 each robotically reinstated services, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. Bids will only be accepted electronically from contractors who are listed as planholders on the City's Connex site. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Falcon Heights, must accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City. PN - 25-03 Question Deadline 04/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered.
