Site work for a civil project in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the relocation of approximately 339 linear feet of 24-inch mainline, installation of 17 vertical feet of manhole, replacement of 10 vertical feet of manhole, stream structures, and restoration work. Questions concerning meaning or intent of Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Tad Powell, PE, Senior Associate, Hazen and Sawyer, at email tpowell@hazenandsawyer.com no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on February 14, 2025. All questions must be in writing on Bidder's company's letter- head or email. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred fifty (150) consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the written Notice to Proceed to achieve Final Acceptance. Liquidated damages will be assessed if this time limit is exceeded.
