Renovation of a water / sewer project in Charlestown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The funding source for this project is a Drinking Water SRF loan through the Indiana Finance Authority. All contractors and subcontractors working the project awarded pursuant to this contract shall pay at least Davis Bacon wage rates for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled laborers. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving them. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding,
