The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside, (HACR) is seeking quotes from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors to provide full repair/restoration of one (1) apartment unit (3 bedroom 2 bathroom) damaged due to flooding, located in Ripley, CA. HACR will award a contract to the lowest priced Quoter. Contact Person for Questions/interpretations: Rigo Beltran, Housing Authority Representative 5555 Arlington Ave. Riverside, CA 92504 Phone: (951) 343-5415 Email: rbeltran@rivco.org Project Location: Desert Rose Apartments 24501 School Road, Unit #42 Ripley, CA 92225 All questions pertaining to this QSP shall be addressed to Rigo Beltran (hereinafter, the HACR Representative), 5555 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504, Telephone: (951) 343-5415; Email: rbeltran@rivco.org HACR RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by HACR to be in the best interest of HACR, in its sole and absolute discretion; Terminate a contract awarded pursuant to this QSP at any time for its convenience upon delivery of a written notice within ten (10) calendar days to the apparent or successful Quoter; Determine the days, hours and locations that the successful Quoter shall provide the items or services called for in this QSP; Reject and not consider any quote that does not, in the opinion of the HACR Represanative, meet the requirements of this QSP, including, but not necessarily limited to: incomplete quotes, offering of alternate items or services (not including "or equivalent" items), or non- requested items or services. This is a simple repair/restoration contract and should not take more than twenty one (21) days to complete, however this time period is flexible.
