The Town of Billerica DPW invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Water Meter and Endpoint Installation. Any request from a prospective Proposer for the interpretation or meaning of the Contract Documents shall be directed via email to Kathleen Rettman at krettman@town.billerica.ma.us. To be given consideration, questions must be received at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Proposal deadline. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 Work includes but is not limited to water meter and endpoint installation to approximately 500 houses and installation of endpoint only approximately 600 houses.
