Site work and paving for a civil project in Billerica, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor and materials for making general improvements to roadways throughout the Town using various pavement preservation methods including, but not limited to: fog sealing; crack and joint sealing; double-lift micro surfacing; adjusting structures, water valves and other utilities; and any other work needed to complete the job. Estimated Cost $316,435.70. Project was awarded to Indus, Inc. for the amount of $356,547.20. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The initial contract term is for one year. Agreement includes provisions to extend the contract for two additional 12-month options. Valuation for purposes of MassDOT Prequalification is based on first year, $316,435.70 times three to arrive at an estimated total prequal contract value of $949,307.10. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as PAVEMENT PRESERVATION (“Project”), in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
