Electrical (E): The contract includes providing site and building control and power conduit, wiring and terminations, electrical demolition, and associated work for an upgrade of the Water Pollution Control Plant. Work generally includes electrical demolition in the existing administration and treatment building, power and control wiring in a new administration and treatment building, power and control wiring in a new vehicle storage garage, electrical demolition, modifications, and new installations in the existing Solids Handling Building and Secondary Treatment Building, furnishing and installing a diesel standby generator, and miscellaneous improvements. All questions shall be received by February 17, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. CONTRACT TIMES 4.01 Time is of the Essence A. All time limits for Milestones, if any, Substantial Completion, and completion and readiness for final payment as stated in the Contract Documents are of the essence of the Contract. 4.02 Contract Times: Dates A. The Work will be substantially complete on or before March 31, 2027, with final completion on or before May 27, 2027, and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions. 4.03 Milestones A. Parts of the Work must be substantially completed on or before the following Milestone(s): 1. Commence Construction: July 1, 2025 2. Preliminary Treatment Building (PTB) Weathertight: December 31, 2025 3. Completion of Administration Building (ADM) Abatement, Decommissioning & Demolition: December 31, 2026
