As of June 2nd, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. It is the intent of Essex County to contract with a trained and certified contractor to perform a Guy Wire Replacement Project on 760' GT Terry Mountain, NY. The successful bidder shall provide any and all labor, materials and equipment to perform the work in compliance with any federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply. The replacement project is to consist of, but not be limited to the following: Mobilize to the Tower Site located at 1159 Peasleeville Road, Peru, NY 12972. Remove old Guy Wires (per the recommendation of the included Tower Inspection Report) and dispose of properly. Furnish and Install new Bridgestrand Guy Wires at the 3rd level of the Guy Wires on the Tower (per the recommendation of the included Tower Inspection Report). Inspect and Correctly Tension all other Guy Wires. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30%
