The Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide Lochinver Natural Gas Boilers and Hot Water storage as detailed in the specifications, included herein. The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division, on behalf of the Department of Corrections, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Natural Gas Boilers and Hot Water Storage Units, using the Sole Brand Lochinvar. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease the anticipated quantities on the first purchase and does not guarantee future purchases of the items listed. The initial order will consist of 4 water storage units and 13 boilers, the initial order of 4 boilers will be delivered and invoiced before June 30, 2025, and the remaining items will be delivered and invoiced after July 1, 2025. A more complete description of the services is provided in the Specifications Document in the Questions tab. Bids submitted in response to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented herein.
