The Consultant will develop a strategic plan that will establish a roadmap for Massport that maximizes the economic development potential of Massport assets, elevates customer service across business lines, and enhances workforce resources consistent with Massport mission as a transportation and economic engine for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Consultant will assist Massport in developing a strategic approach that will identify and assess near-and long-term priorities, possible planning solutions, and potential implementation strategies to meet forecast demand for Massport aviation, maritime, and commercial real estate assets through 2035 and beyond. The Consultant will also develop an implementation plan with timelines for achieving goals, objectives and initiatives to achieve the strategic vision by the end of 2035. These deliverables will be consolidated into a Strategic Planning document which is expected to be completed by the spring of 2026.
