Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fire / police facility.
Seeking vendor to furnish, deliver and install at each location listed The supplier shall furnish and deliver new, in original packaging the specified Generac Generators defined below: Pricing of each generator must be inclusive of freight/shipping/installation expenses. Bids will include all materials, equipment, and labor including generator concrete or composite pads, and AMP automatic transfer switches. In addition, the contractor will be responsible for building permits (no charge), scheduling all electrical disconnect/reconnects, and installation of flexible gas lines to all propane tanks. The County will be responsible for propane tank installations for each location.
