Health Care District of Palm Beach County (District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide program management services for various District capital projects including, but not limited to, the approximate 60,000 sf Crisis Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse (Crisis Center). No CCNA services are being requested under this RFP. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be selected for a five (5) year contract. Besides for the Crisis Center, no additional services are guaranteed. This is not an exclusive contract. Responses will be evaluated based on the selection criteria set out in the RFP. At the time of proposal submission, respondent must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
