Bowen is seeking quotations from DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE and SDVBE contractor/supplier firms that might be interested in working with us on this project. Any Subcontractors submitting a bid MUST affirm that their firm/bid fully complies with all bid documents. Project Details: Construction of a new maintenance and storage facility at the Omohundro Water Treatment Plant. Specific elements of the Work include: New maintenance building that includes workshop, office space, conference room, restrooms, locker rooms, and storage space.Storage facility that includes warehouse space, vehicle bays, and materials storage rooms.Outdoor space that includes a pavilion, and landscaped areas with walking paths.Employee parking. Supply and Sub-contracting opportunities include but not limited to the following: Roofing, Masonry, Concrete supplies and accessories, Electrical, Trucking, Temporary Facilities, Interior finishes, Stone and Aggregates, Pipe and Valve, Rebar, Process Equipment, Metal fabrication, Landscaping/lrrigation Solar Array, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression/Alarm, LEED/ Envision Management.
