Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Please submit any question to Debbie Lundberg at dlundberg@hurst-rosche.com by Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 3 pm Central. Demolition and replacement of the existing roofs and all associated elements on Buildings A, B, E and F. Replace roof access door on building A. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. A five percent (5%) bid security is required. If the initial Contract Sum as awarded exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall provide a Contract Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum covering faithful performance of contract and payment of obligations arising thereunder. If a Contract Bond is required, and a Three-Year Roof Bond is also stipulated in the Bidding Documents, then the Three-Year Roof Bond shall be provided as stipulated. Bond(s) shall be executed on Tennessee State Building Commission Standard Form(s) exhibited in Bidding Documents for the project, and subject to provisions of Section 11.6.3. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids.
