The project will include storm remediation scopes of work pertaining to the construction of renovations, see construction documents for scope detail. Project Construction Documents include drawings and one (1) Specification Volume. The project location is Madison County High School, Madison, Florida. The estimated project construction budget is $200,000.00. It is the intent of the Madison County School Board to review the bids and accept the apparent low bidder. Project Schedules: 1. MCHS- Baseball Field to be substantially complete within 38 consecutive calendar days and to final completion within 5 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The backstop netting with Steel pole supports and roof on Visitor dugout to be completed by March 6, 2025. The remaining scope in 30 calendars. 2. MCHS- Softball Field to be substantially complete within 45 consecutive calendar days and to final completion within 5 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The backstop netting with masonry low wall and visitor dugout to be completed by April 8, 2025. Musco light replacement will be verified in this time schedule. 3. MCHS- AG Building Project 24063 to be substantially complete within 120 consecutive calendar days and to final completion within 10 consecutive calendar days thereafter. 4. MCHS- Field House Resealing to be substantially complete within 28 consecutive calendar days and to final completion within 5 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
