Reference Number 0000373797 Job Location: Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 The Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and highly-qualified contractors for the provision of all planning, design, engineering, permitting, mobilization, materials, labor, and construction/installation, bonding, and insurance needed for the successful completion of a Deck and Shade Structure at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. This is a stand-alone deck project to be built adjacent to the Outdoor Rodeo Arena. This deck will need to be built alongside an existing grandstand structure as it will be accessed by patrons only through the existing grandstands. This deck will be used during rodeos, concerts, and other events as a premium seating space with an expected capacity of forty (40) persons. The preliminary drawings and measurements are attached and included herein as Exhibit "D". The deck material will be composite with hidden fasteners. The railing and roof will both be aluminum. All colors will be decided during the planning phase with the successful bidder. The Douglas County Fairgrounds is located at 500 Fairgrounds Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. This project must be completed, without any safety or use restrictions, no-later-than June 20, 2025.
