Renovation of a mixed-use development in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Township of Langley (the "Township") wishes to conduct a competitive procurement process toidentify a qualified Tenderer that will enter a formal contract with the Township to carry out electrical work at the George Preston Recreation Centre located at 20699 42 Ave, Langley Twp, BC. The work consists of replacing and relocating the 225KVa transformer (TX-SDC-Y) along with its associated electrical panel (SDC-Y), as well as other minor electrical upgrades/replacements. Optional work includes the provision for new EV charging stations and associated electrical works, as well as replacement of various electrical distribution panels throughout the facility.
