The intent of this Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals ("CCRFP") and resulting contract is to obtain professional planning and consulting services related to the creation of a southern New Jersey Regional Services Agency, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 40:48B-2.1. Specifically, the County seeks a firm to provide services as an owner's representative as more fully described in the Scope of Services section. Firms responding to this Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals should have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein. Despite any language contained herein to the contrary, this document does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the County may choose a contractor(s) that best meet(s) the County's needs. The County intends to award this contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et seq. All questions must be sent by email no later than Tuesday January 28, 2025 at Noon. Questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. The County of Camden reserves the right to reject all proposals received as may be provided by law. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
