This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is an invitation by the Rural Municipality of Laurier No. 38 to prospective proponents to submit quotations for crushing 30,000 cubic yards of 7/8" Type 106 (or better) Road Gravel, stockpiling the material at the Verhelst Pit located at NE 30-6-18 W2, and spreading approximately 15,000 yards to municipal roads during or immediately after the crushing operation. The Scope of Work includes: o Crushing a minimum of 30,000 cubic yards of 7/8" Type 106 (or better) Road Gravel. o Spreading approximately 15,000 yards to municipal roads during or immediately after the crushing process with the remaining newly crushed gravel to be stockpiled on location. o Stockpiling the remaining crushed material at the specified pit location. o Managing all necessary equipment, labor, and operations to complete the project. The crushed gravel shall: o Be 7/8" Type 106 (or better) Road Gravel. o Consist of hard, durable particles free from soft, flaky particles, topsoil, loam, organic matter, or other deleterious materials. o Meet all Saskatchewan road standards and additional specifications provided by the Rural Municipality of Laurier No. 38. The crushing operation is to commence no earlier than June 1st, 2025 Completed no later than July 31, 2025.
