Renovation of an educational facility in Radville, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SECPSD is calling for tenders for the replacement of roof sections #2 & #3 on the Radville Regional School in Radville, Sask. The work will include for the removal of approximately 11,450 ft2 (1,065 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on June 30, 2025; the completion date is September 30, 2025. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
