The Harris County Emergency Services District #16 is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced contractors to provide services for the design, construction, and installation of a radio communications site to include tower, equipment shelter, generator, and site compound. The site location is 11300 Gregson Rd., Tomball. This is a Design Build project utilized pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T 262.030.
