The replacement of the existing gravity line along North Willow Street has been identified in the Wastewater Master Plan as the highest priority. This project would replace the existing 8-inch gravity line along North Willow Street with a 21/24-inch gravity. The hydraulic model completed indicates a lack of capacity in these lines to convey the existing peak wet weather flow; the recommended replacement lines are sized to convey the existing and projected peak wet weather wastewater flows through 2042. The additional capacity this replacement line provides will help the City maintain regulatory compliance. As of January 24, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
