The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for the purpose of replacing four high speed turbo blowers at the water pollution control facility. Work Included: Furnish, install and test assembled high speed, turbo blower systems. The package blower systems shall be complete, including blowers, motors, control panels, inlet air filter/silencers, relief valves, check valves, flexible connectors, piping, PLC, and other appurtenances as needed for a complete and operational system. All reasonable efforts should be made to utilize existing system components. The Performance Bond and the Labor and Materials Bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and shall be furnished within ten (10) business days of the Notice of Award or prior to the start of Work, whichever comes first.
