Pateros School District is requesting bids for renovation of the Pateros School District No. 122 located at 344 W Beach Street, Pateros, WA, 98846 and as further described in the bid documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid after time set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 40 days. The Pateros School District is committed to providing the maximum practicable opportunity for participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran Owned Businesses; however, no minimum level of participation shall be required as a condition of selection. This project is funded through the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instructions program with state funds and is subject to Washington State prevailing wages for Okanogan County. Pateros School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities as informality. Question Deadline: 02/13/2025
