The 2025 Road Paving Base Bid Proposal for paving various roads located within Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County will generally consist of the following, including other incidental items: o 1,786 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave Asphalt, 180 lb/sy Wearing Course o 1,943 Tons of 9.5MM Superpave Asphalt, 120 lb/sy Scratch Course o 542 Tons of PennDOT 2A Stone Shoulders o 5,890 LF of 4" Double Yellow Center Lines with Glass Beads o 17,562 LF of 4" Single White Lines with Glass Beads o 5,374 LF of 4" Single Yellow Lines with Glass Beads o 4,900 LF of 6" Single Broken Lane Lines with Glass Beads o 3,250 SY of Flexible Pavement Base Replacement (8" Depth) includes Milling & Transport), o 3,812 SY of Flexible Pavement Base Replacement (4" Depth) includes Milling & Transport), o 19,840 SY of Surface Course (2" Depth) includes Milling & Transport), and o Kalahari Boulevard Pavement Markings (Various Symbols and Legends).
