For a proven liquid chemical product that treats liquid phase hydrogen sulfide (H2S); equipment to store and convey the chemical product; equipment to monitor H2S levels at certain locations; services to maintain the equipment and analyze monitoring results; and recommendations to Sac Sewer. The goal of the service contract is to provide the best value to Sac Sewer. The successful Proposer and surety shall be held and firmly bound unto Sac Sewer in the penal sum equal to 100% of the total Contract amount. The successful Proposer shall be required to execute through a corporate surety the Payment Bond included herein. The successful Proposer and surety shall be held and firmly bound unto Sac Sewer in the penal sum equal to 100% of the total Contract amount. Sac Sewer reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive any irregularity in Proposals received.
