Renovation of a transportation facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,400-square-foot transportation facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of 1,400-linear-feet of light rail construction and storm closure improvements. The scope of work generally includes, construction of a new stop-log closure gate system south of Railyards Boulevard with associated storage structure, roadway improvements at the proposed closure gate system, the embodiment of the existeing ballasted north-southSacramento regional Transit Light-Rail Track, overhead contact system improvements wet and dry utilities, and a new mini-high light-rail station with associated utilities and equipment. As of January 27, 2025, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline fo this project has not yet been released.
