Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Red Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Con-Pro Industries Canada Ltd. is a Construction Manager for this project and requesting Subtrade prices for this project. Work of this Contract comprises the complete renovation of the existing Norseman Inn single storey building and site amenities into a 10 unit seniors apartment building, located in the Town of Red Lake Ontario, including all associated Site Work, Landscape, Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical systems. Submissions that fail to provide any mandatory security deposit, bonding, or insurance requirements, may at the discretion of the Construction Manager or Owner, be declared non-compliant. The accepted Bidder shall provide a 50% Performance Bond as described in the Supplementary Conditions for trade contractor subcontract agreements equal to or greater than $500,000.00. Include the cost of Bonds in the Bid Price. Bidders shall provide a $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability Coverage and maximum $10,000 deductible as a condition of the Subcontract Agreement.
