Montana State University is seeking a Contractor or multiple Contractors to provide window cleaning services for campus buildings less than six (6) stories. I understand that to ensure my questions will be answered, they should be submitted to the public Q&A board by Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 at 2:00pm Mountain Time. Questions may be submitted after this deadline but there is no guarantee that late questions will be answered. The work is to be completed during the summer. The University defines the summer as the time period between Spring Commencement and Freshman Move in. Typically, the University holds Spring Commencement on the second Friday of May. Freshman Move in typically begins on the third Saturday of August. The term of the contract will be for four (4) years with an option to renew up to an additional three (3) years.
