Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Question Deadline 04/14/2025 Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Intersection improvements at West Oak Street and Flanders Mill Road, including: removal of existing curb and gutter, asphalt, and utility relocation. Installation of new curb and gutter, ADA pedestrian ramps, asphalt patching, signage, striping, landscaping restoration, and all items incidental to construction. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025. Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The City of Bozeman reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Bozeman. The Contractor is required to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
