(ROGERS) (s) Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified consulting firms for engineering services for Job No. 090705, Hwy. 71B Ped. Impvts. (Rogers) (S). The work will generally consist of providing engineering services that include surveying, environmental review/documentation, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering for the sidewalk project. The project shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). The project is a Federal-aid Carbon Reduction Program Attributable (CRP>200k) Project and all work will be reviewed and approved by ARDOT.
