Notice is hereby given thatthe City of Lowell (City) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualifiedarchitectural firms interested inproviding professional designservices for the Regional Training Facility for Fire and Police.This RFQ does not constitute acontract for services performedor to be performed. Followingthe selection of the consultant,the City will negotiate a finalizedscope of services The Scope of the project includes the design, permitting, and construction administration of the Regional Training Facility .The facility will serve as a comprehensive training center for both fire and police departments, featuring classrooms, training grounds, and specialized equipment areas. Qualifications shall include: o Cover letter o Project understanding and approach o Project schedule o Project staffing and organizational chart o Similar project experience o Description of additional services o Two references for similar projects completed in the last five years. Qualifications should identify project managers, experience ,and education of key personnel, and proximity and familiarity with the project area.
