This project is for Fire Damper Repairs, VA NJ HCS, Lyons Campus, NJ. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish this project, Fire Damper Repairs located in Bldgs 7, 57, 135 & 143. IAW the statement of work, specifications, drawings and installation instructions attached hereto, the contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during the Workdays from 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Fridays except on Federal Holidays and as approved by the Contracting Officer. Magnitude of Construction is Between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance: 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible/certified as an SDVOSB on veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of offer submission and prior to award of this procurement. Offerors must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. A site visit is scheduled for 1/29/25 at 10am EST. Prospective offerors are to meet at Building 10, Lyons Campus NJ VA. Please provide a maximum 5-page capability statement that indicates the vendor has the trained personnel and experience with the same or similar work. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. IAW VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, Certificate of Compliance must be signed and submitted with your proposal.
