The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; "SWSC" or the "Commission"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors/Vendors for an estimated 450,000 LBS per year of Cationic Liquid Polyelectrolyte Per Springfield Water and Sewer Commission's Specifications. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year with 2- One year in length Renewals. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $550,000.00 per year. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to theo. theocles@waterandsewer.org no later than 01/29/2025 at 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
