The City of Fort Smith is Soliciting Highly Qualified Engineer Firms to Submit a Statement of Qualifications and Related Information for the Engineering Services for an Approximate 5.5-mile North-south Trail Hub, Referred to as Bass Reeves Legacy Loop. This Greenway Will Consist of 10' Ada-accessible, Multi-use Trails With Sidewalks Incorporated as Necessary. Through This Request for Qualifications, the City Seeks to Select a Qualified Engineering Firm With Extensive Experience and The Capacity and Expertise to Develop Engineering Plans, Perform Acquisition Services in Accordance With Federal Law, Provide Grant Administration, And Achieve Schedule Dates for Milestones as Specified in the City's Build Grant Agreement.
