The successful Bidder shall be required to comply in all respects with the State Statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on Public Services, Section 290.262 and shall pay to all workmen performing work under the Contract not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Dept. of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.
