In review of a RFI, for the Phase one plan at the Meadowood Sports Complex for budget purposes. In 2023 the City Partnered with Logan Simpson to develop a Master Plan for Meadow Wood Sports Complex. In this plan several upgrades and updates were identified. The City has elected to follow the Bear Concept found on page 8 of the master plan. The following are the items that the City would like to focus on in Phase 1. Roof over the ice rink (necessary supporting facilities, chillers and repairs to concrete rink floor) Repurposing existing tennis courts to pickleball New tennis courts Two multipurpose fields (turf) Add parking, roadway to new multipurpose field and alter existing front paved lot to work with new hockey facility Resurface turf on Panther Field Drainage study to improve drainage throughout the Meadowood Sports Complex Sport facility lighting (Panther Field, new multipurpose fields, and new pickleball) It is the goal of this RFI to help develop an ala carte route for completion and budget numbers for the design and construction phases of the project.
