Construction is to follow the existing layout of the stairs and to be constructed with a wood frame and Composite decking material. This total is to include cost for all Design, labor, materials, restoration, and permits to reconstruct the stairs. To include the following: Reconstruction of exterior stairs; All Wood, fasteners, Flashing, Concrete; Restoration to work area including but not limited to (texturing, paint, etc.) Pikes Pike Regional Building Department Permits; The City is also requesting a cost for the frame to be constructed from Steel as an alternate to Wood.
