Scope of Work o Move furniture (if required). o Provide dust control to separate work from active office spaces. o Temporary protection with doors are being replaced. o Removal of existing front entrance counter. o Demolition of the Parks and Rec wall for installation of new door. o Remove and replace the second floor and back entrance doors and replace them with security doors. o Install new wooden ramp with railings to stage in Council Chambers. o Install new wall with security door in Council hallway. o Install new wall with bulletproof ticket window and new double security doors at main entrance. o Install new doorway in Parks and Rec wall. o Install security locks and call button for Parks and Rec entrance. o Dispose of all removed items, debris and clean construction areas. o Repair any damage done to walls, doorframes, existing floor, etc. if damage is done by the contractor during removal and installation of work. o Put all furniture back in original places. o Provide color samples for selection by City of Woodland Park personnel.
