Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, permits, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this Invitation for Bid (IFB). All work will be in accordance with all applicable codes and standards or practice. Move furniture (if required). Provide dust control to separate work from active office spaces. Temporary protection with doors are being replaced. Removal of existing front entrance counter. Demolition of the Parks and Rec wall for installation of new door. Remove and replace the second floor and back entrance doors and replace them with security doors. Install new wooden ramp with railings to stage in Council Chambers. Install new wall with security door in Council hallway. Install new wall with bulletproof ticket window and new double security doors at main entrance. Install new doorway in Parks and Rec wall. Install security locks and call button for Parks and Rec entrance. Dispose of all removed items, debris and clean construction areas. Repair any damage done to walls, doorframes, existing floor, etc. if damage is done by the contractor during removal and installation of work. Put all furniture back in original places. Provide color samples for selection by City of Woodland Park personnel.
