All posts set 36-42" deep in concrete. The Contractor will be responsible for final measurements and work, unless specifically excluded. The property survey for 6351 E. Seven Mile Rd. is included. Removal of Material from Site: The Contractor is responsible for and will remove all material and have dumpster on site during the proposed work schedule. The site must be policed and the dumpster must be removed from the site the day after the completion of the project. 94' - 6' high commercial grade, black, 3-rail classic steel picket, maintenance-free, ornamental fence (3/4" picket) with 2 'A" line posts, 4 - 6" gate posts, 1 - 20' double swing gate with 1" pickets, 1-18' double swing gate with 1" pickets.
